KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Softball team lost the first game in five innings to Hilbert College 13-3. The Hawks would continue the runs in game two as they took it 4-0.

Hilbert College got things going in the first inning as they scored two runs to jumped to an early lead. The Hawks added one more in the third to take the lead 3-0. Hilbert College's bats came alive in the fourth inning as they crossed home plate seven times to go ahead 10-0. The Hawks kept their bats going in the fifth inning to grab three more runs to extend the lead 13-0.
The Wolves last at bats would start with Joan Carroll as she ripped a double to center field. She advanced to third on a wild pitch. Pinch hitter Jenna Villa worked a walk for the Wolves to have runners on the corners. Carroll jumped on another wild pitch to score for the Wolves to get on the board. Makenzie Masters ripped a double to the fence to bring in Villa. Jordan Cole would follow and switch places with Masters. The Hawk's lead was too far for the Green and Gold as they took the game 13-3.
Lead Wolf: Jordan Cole went 2-2 at the plate and worked a walk. She would also bring in a run.
Hilbert College 4 vs Keuka College 0
The first four innings of the game would be a complete pitching duel between starting pitcher Kelsey Mohl and Hilbert College. Mohl went four innings and allowed seven hits and struck out five batters.
The fourth inning would be the inning for the Hawks as they crossed home plate four times.
The Green and Gold saw opportunities in the fifth inning but couldn't cross home plate. The next three innings would be controlled but relief pitcher Emily VanDelinder. She wouldn't let the Hawks cross home plate.
The Wolves wouldn't be able to get on the board as the Hawks took the game 4-0.
Lead Wolf: Relief Pitcher Emily VanDelinder would be in control for the Wolves as she went three innings only had three hits and struck out two. She would hold the Hawks at four.

- The last time the two met was in 2009 when the Wolves won both games
- Mackenzie Masters double in game one was her first career hit
